Best new Android and iPhone apps (November 22nd - November 28th)

That's right — it's Monday again and it's time we celebrate the start of a new week with some brand-new apps. Let's check out what the App Store and Play Store have in... their stockpile for us.

So, iOS gets a new File Manager-type app, an app that lets you virtually travel and check out locations and experiences photographed by others, and a pretty cool book scanner. Android got a 3D graphic editor, a black-and-white camera, and a font creator, which lets you draw up your own letters.

Saybubble is a network for both sharing interesting stuff around your location and checking out what's up on the other side of the planet. So, you can add photos and videos from your location and you can also view what others have posted. Look at it as a user version of Google's Earth / Street View.
